The Villas
The Villas are one or two bedroom, two bathroom single story villa-style apartments and include spacious interiors, vaulted ceilings and skylight, modern appliances (including washer and dryer), ceiling fans, a charming bay window, and a screened or enclosed porch. Covered parking is provided outside your front door. A limited number of larger single villas are also available. Small pets are allowed.
"Living Your Best Life" at Waterman Village includes the following: property taxes, homeowner property insurance, Lifeline personal emergency response system, flexible dining account good at all three of our restaurants, scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping, maintenance-free inside and out, security services, cable television, monthly pest control, trash removal, lawn maintenance, and water and sewage.

The Manors
The Manors at Waterman Village are reminiscent of luxurious country manor homes, with brick or stone trim. Some Manors have spectacular views overlooking a beautiful nature preserve. All residents can enjoy the observation deck, gazebo, and walking trail.
The Manors consist of spacious two bedroom, two bath floor plans. They feature integral garages with extra space for a golf cart. Some Manors have a den and/or screened lanai. Each kitchen is fully equipped with a complete appliance package, including a built-in microwave and full size washer and dryer.
At the Manors, you enjoy all the outstanding Waterman Village amenities and activities that encourage an active lifestyle. Elegant dining, though not included in the monthly residency fee for Manors residents, is available a la carte. A Manor membership agreement requires a 75% refundable membership fee and a monthly residency fee.
