Nancy and Donald Conti have been searching throughout Florida for the best option for their retirement, and they’ve just taken the first step toward securing their future. After the Contis discovered the soon-to-be-built Lakeside at Waterman Village via an online search and then visited the community, they made an initial deposit.
This deposit secured their place in line for when it became time for them to decide if they’d like to make this exciting expansion their forever home. Now that the reservation process is underway, Nancy and Donald got to choose their ideal spot!

“I’m an artist, and Mount Dora is a place where I think I’ll fit right in,” Nancy said. “And Donald enjoys golfing, so he will be able to find plenty of that nearby.”

“We really like the proximity to the water and the lake,” Donald said, in regard to how Lakeside at Waterman Village will surround the shimmering waters of Lake Margaret.

“We like what we saw at the existing Waterman Village community,” Donald said. “We will stay active in our retirement, and we like knowing that we’ll have access to opportunities for fitness and wellness with what’s already there. Plus, we’re excited to see the new amenities that the expansion will bring.”
