During our Summer travels,  we visited communities in S.C., Ga., N.C. and Northern Fl. By creating a spread sheet, we were able to compare amenities, floor plans, financial conditions and location for the many places we visited. We looked and analyzed 14 such locations, that is when we decided to come back home to Central Fl. Living in WV. meant no change of doctors, or place of worship, and best of all continuing to interact with our friends in this area. We moved to WV. in Dec. 2018; we have a beautiful home and after a few glitches which were all taken care by your wonderful maintenance group, we are now finally settled down. We are truly enjoying our lifestyle here and we have already met  some very friendly neighbors to go along with your very friendly employee staff.
