Active Updates – 12/31/24

  • Update on Lakeside Pool and Oaks Spa

The Lakeside Pool and Oaks Spa will remain closed until necessary repairs are completed. Both were found to have leaks in the return piping, which caused the water levels to drop continuously.

    • Lakeside Pool: On January 27th, Advance Leak Detection will be on-site to repair the leak between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.. The repair will involve cutting the concrete, fixing the leak, pouring new concrete, and texturing it once it is done. After the concrete is poured, we will need to wait 30 days for it to cure before any painting can be done if we choose to paint and to ensure no other issues remain.
    • Oaks Spa: On January 28th, Advance Leak Detection will be at the Oaks to repair the leak in the spa. Like the pool, the repair will require cutting the concrete, making the necessary repairs, and pouring new concrete and texture afterward. A 30-day curing period is required before painting if we choose to paint, and further assessments can be made.

We will update you as the repairs progress and notify you when the facilities are ready to reopen. Thank you for your patience.

Reminder: Please refrain from parking any vehicles on the sidewalk.
