A Glimpse Inside the Lakehouse

We’ve shared floor plans, a reception rendering and a site plan, and now we are excited to share artistic renderings of the inside of the Lakeside at Waterman Village residences! As each residence is customizable to your individual preferences, these renderings of the homes within the Lakehouse buildings provide a starting point to help you picture your life at Lakeside at Waterman Village. The floorplan shown in these renderings is our 1,801 square-foot Kingfisher residence that features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious den!
All residences will feature high-end finishes throughout the home. In this kitchen, you can see an elegant set of appliances, offset by light granite and modern cabinets. Pendant lights hang over the breakfast bar, which also provides additional storage and preparation space for the avid chef or baker. Recessed and undermount lighting complement the natural light streaming in from above the kitchen sink.
Beyond the kitchen is the living area. The open concept living space provides a seamless transition between entertaining guests and refilling snacks. Four additional windows provide ample natural light to filter into this warm and inviting space.
In this rendering, there’s easy seating for 11, which makes it a cinch to host regular game nights, cocktail hours or celebrations. A U-shaped layout allows for both easy, conversational flow and prime, comfy seating for movie nights.
On the other side of the kitchen, a formal dining room overlooks Lakeside at Waterman Village’s lush grounds. With space for a table for 8, plus a sideboard or hutch, this room invites you to call your friends and family over for family dinners.
With wood flooring throughout the residence, there’s a seamless transition between spaces. Ceiling fans provide both light and a light breeze to help circulate the Florida air – or your nice and chilly air conditioning!
