What’s New Here on the Campus

Dear friends of Waterman Village,
We hope you’re having a nice Fall season, cool as it has been.
Since many of you have been asking, we thought we’d give you a quick update on what’s new here on the campus.
We will be having three independent living 2BR-2BA duplex homes become available after the first of the year at our Oaks retirement community. They all offer a NO lump sum entry fee option. They are our KEY WEST style floor plan. We will have a 1BR-1 1/2 bath apartment become available at our new Lakeside retirement community after the first of the year.
We do have a few openings in our assisted living apartment residence and our brand new award winning memory care house residence. You don’t have to currently live at Waterman Village to move into these two areas.
Also, our Waterman Village Home Health Care program now serves the entire Triangle area, outside the walls of Waterman Village. So, if you or your loved one ever requires in-home care, contact the best.
And finally, our new Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic is now open to the public and is receiving rave reviews. Your Doctor can give you an order for physical, occupational, or speech therapy services.
